Varusteluna on kiinteä välikannellinen annoslokerikko (7 x 4 annoslokeroa), irrallinen apulokerikko ja annoslusikka sekä diagnoosikortti. Soveltuu sellaiselle loppukäyttäjälle, joka tarvitsee kiinteitä lääkkeitä useammin kuin neljä kertaa päivässä tai jonka lääkkeet muuten eivät mahdu Medi-Annox annostelijaan. Sormiystävällisten lokerikoiden harmaa väri helpottaa sisällön havaitsemista. Annoslokeroiden käyttötarkoituksen voi merkitä spriiliukoisella tussilla annoslokerikon välikanteen. Apulokerikossa voi säilyttää esim. annostelemattomia lääkkeitä. Lokerikko sulkeutuu hölskymättömän tiiviiksi.
