Nappula Omega-3 Fish Oil for children

Children, in general, do not eat enough fish and seafood to have a balances omega6/omega3 ratio in the blood and tissues. The imbalance is reflected as a high araquidonic/eicosapentaenoic (AA/EPA) ratio, as observed in a study on 10 years old school children in Finland. Their EPA concentration was in average only 1% of all fats in serum, which is just one fifth of that in e.g. Japan. Consequently, the AA/EPA ratio in Finland averages 8:1, and in Japan 1,5:1. A high AA/EPA ratio is a notorious health risk factor.

Nappula offers a safe and tasting way to correct the situation which augments the normal growth and neurological development of children. Just one capsule per day more than doubles the child´s intake of omega-3.

Dosage: 1 to 3 capsules daily, corresponding to 250-750mg fish oil.
