Foli-B Strong

This tablet is an ideal combination of folic acid and vitamins B6 and B12. They reduce homocystein, a toxic sulphur containing toxic amino acid. Higher blood homocysteine levels appear to be associated with higher risks of coronary, cerebral, and peripheral vascular disease asd well as dementia (Alzheimer´s ) and are inversely related to blood levels of folate and of vitamin B12 and vitamin B6.

1 tablet contains:

800 µg Folic acid
10 mg Vitamin B6
3 µg Vitamin B12

Supplementation with Folic acid and vitamins B6 and B12 lowers elevated homocysteine levels by 25 to 30% according to a meta-analysis.

Dosage: 1 tablet a day.
