General

  • After adding products to the shopping cart please proceed to checkout.

  • Confirm delivery and payment methods. After confirmation you will receive the order contents by email. The order is also visible in My Account -page.

    All prices include value added tax. Customers under 15 years require agreement from guardians. Products are shipped to all countries in EU. The shopping cart shows the cheapest method of delivery and if the order fits a regular mailbox opening. We hold the right not to deliver an order, in this case customer will be refunded the total amount of the order.

    If you order products to an address which you do not live in, please write the name of the orderer like YOUR NAME C/O LAST NAME OF THE HABITANT OF THE ADDRESS

    If your mail is delivered outside, and the products you order damage if frozen, you can order the products to a Poste Restante -address or to the nearest post office. Seller is not responsible for damages coused by outside temperature. Seller is not responsible for customs and tax costs when shipping outside EU.

Payment methods and delivery time

    Orders delivered by mail can be paid by bank transfer or credit card(Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro) and orders to be picked up by cash, bank or credit card.

  • Orders delivered by mail and paid by bank transfer contaning products that are in stock, will be sent latest next working day from the moment the payment is visible on our account. If the payment is visible before 14.00, the order will be shipped the same working day. If the payment does not arrive to our bank account within 5 days from the confirmation, the order will be removed.

    If you pay your order from Nordea, Okobank or Sampo Bank to any of the accounts of seller, the payment is visible immediately, and the order will be shipped latest the next working day. If the payment was made before 14.00, the order will be shipped the same working day. Payments from other bank accounts are visible within 1 working day and your order will be shipped at latest the second working day after making the payment.

    All products not in stock are ordered from suppliers every Monday and some products also on Wednesday. The products usually arrive within 1 day and will be usually shipped right away. Please check individual product delivery times from respective product pages.

    For example: If you complete your order of products not in stock before 12.00 am on Monday, the products will be ordered from the suppliers the same day, and if they are available, they will be usually delivered on Tuesday. If your order is paid on Tuesday by 14.00, the order will be shipped the same day and will usually arrive to you on Wednesday.

    If your order contains many products not in stock, the order will not be shipped before all products have arrived. If you wish, you can remove products from your unshipped order using My Account -page.

    When you order products not in stock by bank transfer -payment type, the payment is not required before you receive a confirmation by email that all products are now in stock and ready to be shipped. However, if you have paid the order before the confirmation, the order will be shipped immedately after all products are available.

  • Order delivered by mail containing products in stock and paid by credit card will be shipped at latest the next working day. If the order is made before 14.00, it is shipped the same working day. All products not in stock are ordered from suppliers every Monday and some products also on Wednesday. The products usually arrive within 1 day and will be usually shipped right away. Please check individual product delivery times from respective product pages.

    If the credit card input form returns you to the payment selection, there was either problem with your payment limit or you mistyped the credit card information or your card is no longer valid. Please contact the credit card company if needed.

    Pick-up orders can also be paid by cash, bank card or credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard or Maestro). The order should be completed using the Internet before the pick-up, if not we charge a 5.00 euro additional handling fee.

Delivery methods

    Cheapest delivery method is visible in the shopping cart. The order will be shipped in blank package, contents of the order are not in any way visible without opening the package.

    Delivery methods include 23% of value added tax:

  • Pickup, payment beforehand. The order can be picked up from Monday to Thursday 10.00-17.30 from our stock in Mellunmäki. The address is Ounasvaarantie 1 F-G, 00970 Helsinki. If the order has been paid by credit card or the payment is visible on our bank account by 11.00 am, the order can be picked up the same day from 12.00-17.30. Orders made after 11.00 can be picked the next working day (Monday-Thursday) 12.00-17.30.

    The order can be picked from the shelf in the entry, the order number and the last name of the customer are printed on the order. Pickup is free of charge.

  • Pickup, payment at the location. The order can be picked up from Monday to Thursday 10.00-17.30 from our stock in Mellunmäki, Helsinki. The address is Ounasvaarantie 1 F-G, 00970 Helsinki. If your order contained products not in stock, you will receive a confirmation email when the order is ready for pickup. Pickup at location is free of charge.

  • 1st class Letter. All orders lighter than 500 grams and less than 3 cm of thickness can be shipped as letters. 1st class Letter fits a normal mailbox opening. It is delivered as standard mail usually the next working day (to Finland). To other countries the delivery time varies. Unfortunately letters cannot be tracked and in the (rare) case of the shipment disappearing, the sender is not responsible. Please select trackable method of delivery if needed. Shipping cost of 1st class Letter is 1,90 euros to Finland and 2,90 euros to other EU countries.

  • 1st class Maxiletter does not fit e regular mailbox opening because it is over 3 cm in thickness. All orders under 1 kg can be delivered as Maxiletter. Maxiletter is delivered as standard mail usualluy the next working day (to Finland). To other countries Maxiletters are sent as registered mail. Unfortunately Maxiletters to Finland cannot be tracked and in the rare case of the shipment disappearing the sender is not responsible for the loss. Please select trackable method of delivery if needed. To other countries than Finland the Maxiletters are sent as registered letters which can be tracked and if lost, the sender will refund the shipment. Shipping cost of the Maxiletter is 5,90 euros to Finland.

  • Keltainen kuljetus 16 can be retrieved from the nearest post office in exchange of the delivery code. The package arrives to the post offive by 16.00 on the next working day. The delivery code is sent to the customer by email by 17.00 on the previous day (day of shipping). The delivery can be tracked in the Itella order tracking -service. Shipping cost for Keltainen kuljetus 16 -packages are 7,90 euros. Keltainen kuljetus 16 is only available in Finland.

  • Keltainen kuljetus 14 is delivered to the shipping address on the next working day by 14.00. The person receiving the order must be same as the recipient. If the delivery cannot be made, the package is returned to the nearest post office from where it can be retrieved in exchange of the delivery code. The delivery code is sent to the customer by email by 17.00 on the previous day (day of shipping). The delivery can be tracked in the Itella order tracking -service. Shipping cost for Keltainen kuljetus 14 -packages are 9,50 euros. Keltainen kuljetus 14 is only available in Finland.

  • Delivery within European Union (to other countries than Finland) is 2,90 euros for 1st class letters (if the order fits a regular mailbox opening and is lighter than 500 grams), 8,90 euros for 1st class registered Maxiletters (if the order does not fit a regular mailbox opening or is between 500-2000 grams of weight) and 17,90 euros for Economy-packages (if the order is over 2 kg).

  • Delivery outside European Union is 3,90 euros for 1st class letters (if the order fits a regular mailbox opening and is lighter than 500 grams), 8,90 euros for 1st class registered Maxiletters (if the order does not fit a regular mailbox opening or is between 500-2000 grams of weight) and 17,90 euros for Economy-packages (if the order is over 2 kg).

    Finnish Posti cannot ship deliveries to all municipalities by next day. For more information please use Delivery time query -service.

Visibility of orders

    We send the products in blank packages. Contents of the order can not be seen without opening the package.
  • Pick-up orders (pick-up from our premises in Helsinki, Finland) have last name of recipient and order number visible.

  • Letters / Maxiletters have name and address of recipient visible.

  • Keltainen Kuljetus -parcels and registered letters have names of recipient and sender and street adresses visible. The package content is described as "healthcare products".


Packing methods

    Orders are packed in either cardboard boxes or mailing bags. Shopping cart shows the cheapest shipping method.

  • Less than 3 cm thick orders that fit a common mailbox opening and contain easily breakable products (e.g. blister packs, make-up products, compression socks etc.) are mainly packed in cardboard boxes and sent as a 1st class letter.

  • Less than 3 cm thick orders that fit a common mailbox opening and do not contain easily breakable products (e.g. home diagnostic tests, condoms) are mainly packed in non-transparent bubble bags or paper letters and sent as a 1st class letter.

  • Domestic Maxletters and Keltainen Kuljetus -parcels as well as international registered letters and economy parcels are usually packed in cardboard boxes.

Order cancellations and payment refunds

    If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please log into your customer account and go to "My Account" below the credit card logos. Only orders that have not been sent can be modified. You can remove the desired products from the order. If you want to cancel the entire order, please remove all ordered items.

    When you receive your order, please check first that the shipment contains exactly the products and correct quantities before you take the products in use. If the shipping contains false or additional products, they may not be opened or used, and customer must notify us immediately. If the wrong products have been opened or used or have otherwise become ineligible to be put on sale again, the order will not be refunded.

    Unused products must be returned within fourteen (14) days starting from the day order was delivered to customer. Our return policy does not apply to aid socks, intimate products (such as Lunette menstruation cups) or edible products (Finnish VAT 17%), e.g. nutritional supplements and herbal remedies. Returned product and product packaging must be in the same condition as they were when received.

    Please let us know by e-mail in case you want to return a product. We will send you a return envelope in which the product can be returned. When the product returns, we will refund the price of the products in 5 working days. We do not use Itella customer return. If customer wishes to return an item with some other way, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

    If you do not pickup the shipment from post office on time or you have written the address information incorrectly or incompletely, and the shipment returns to the sender, customer is responsible for the return-shipping cost and also for re-shipping costs. If you cancel a the returned order, the shipping and return shipping costs will be reduced from the refunded sum.

Lost items

    Domestic 1st class letters and Maxi letters should arrive to the recipient no later than one week after their departure. If the shipment is sent as Maxi letter, and it does not fit through a mail box opening or in to a mailbox, the post employee usually leaves a note, with which you can pickup your order from the nearest post office. In case the shipment or the note has not been received within one week of posting, customer should contact the nearest post office and ask for a shipment to customers name sent as 1st class Maxiletter.

    The sender is not responsible in any way of lost 1. class letter or Maxi letter shipments. We do not refund the lost letter or Maxi letter.

    Keltainen kuljetus 14 and 16 as well as registered letters have a tracking code, which will sent to you by e-mail. All lost Keltainen kuljetus -parcels and registered letters are refunded to the customer.

Items broken during delivery

    If the received goods are damaged, the damage must immediately be reported to the post as well as to the sender. If the shipping is clearly damaged during transportation (eg, if the pack has been leaked, or otherwise damaged), it must be taken unopened to the nearest post office. If the damages are discovered after opening, customer should in this case also take the shipping to the nearest post office as soon as possible. At the post office customer should fill in a form for damages.

    Orders are sent properly packaged. If the compensation decision of post is negative, please contact us. Remember not to lose the compensation decision of Post document even if the decision is negative. We will not replace broken items before the post office issued a negative reimbursement decision.

Responsibility Conditions

    If you are not sure of your symptoms and of the way to treat them, we recommend you to consult a physician. The reseller is not responsible of any incorrect use of the products or possible damages caused by the incorrect use of the products. When purchasing a product the client takes a full responsibility of the suitability of the product and of the correct use of it.
